• The Alumni Update Form collects personal information from Department alumni. The form allows users to opt out of having their information shared with third parties (for example, in the Geosciences Magazine).

• The Graduate Pre-Application Survey collects personal information from visitors who have expressed an interest in the Department's graduate program. Information collected from this survey is not shared with anyone outside of the Department.

• This site collects personal information from persons affiliated with the Department (faculty, staff, students, alumni, etc.) and makes it available to the public in the People section. Such affiliated persons may log into the site with their PID and password and change or remove the personal information stored and displayed by the site.
