GSRS Presenter Information

Fifteen minutes will be allotted for each presentation: twelve minutes for the presentation and three minutes for questions. The presentation room has one center screen with projector and a podium with a microphone.

Rooms in Derring Hall have been reserved for speakers to practice their talks during the week of March 2-6. Room 2052 will be available all day Thursday, March 5th, and room 4045 will be available after 3:30 P.M. on Tuesday, March 3rd and Wednesday, March 4th. Presentation files need to be uploaded onto the external hard drive in 4069 the night before your talk.

Evaluation forms will be available in room 4069 during the Symposium. All members of the audience are encouraged and welcome to submit evaluations of the presentations. Evaluations of the speakers are greatly appreciated and help speakers to improve their presentations and assist the committee to enhance this event in future years.
